Terms of Service

1. Services Covered

CloudDomains provides Web Hosting (Shared, Business, and WordPress Hosting) and Reseller Hosting services. Domain registration, renewal, and transfer services are governed by third-party registry rules and are strictly non-refundable. These terms apply to all users, customers, and visitors of CloudDomains.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. Any activity performed under your account is considered authorized by you. CloudDomains is not liable for losses resulting from compromised passwords or user negligence.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our services for:

• Spam, bulk unsolicited emails, or phishing activities
• Malware, hacking tools, or illegal software distribution
• Copyright infringement or piracy
• Hosting illegal content or activities prohibited under Indian law
• Any activity that may harm server stability or network security

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without prior notice or refund.

4. Resource Usage & Fair Use

All hosting plans are subject to fair usage policies. Excessive CPU, RAM, disk I/O, or inode usage that negatively impacts server performance or other users may result in temporary limitation, suspension, or request to upgrade the hosting plan. “Unlimited” features are governed by reasonable fair use and are not intended for abuse.

5. Suspension & Termination

CloudDomains reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without notice if: terms are violated, abuse complaints are received, non-payment occurs, chargebacks are initiated, or legal/law enforcement requests are received. Suspended or terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds.

6. Payments & Renewals

All services are prepaid and must be renewed before the due date. Failure to renew may result in suspension, termination, or permanent data removal. CloudDomains does not guarantee data recovery after suspension.

7. Refund Policy Reference

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. The 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to eligible hosting services. Reseller Hosting and domain services are strictly non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

CloudDomains shall not be liable for data loss, business interruption, downtime, or indirect or consequential damages. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. While we perform periodic backups, clients are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of their data. Backup services are provided as a courtesy and restoration is not guaranteed.

9. Changes to Terms

CloudDomains may update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Free Wordpress/eCommerce

CloudDomains provides complimentary setup assistance for one website per hosting account, including WordPress installation and basic configuration to ensure your site is live and functioning properly. This includes standard setup and demo import (if available). Custom development, advanced plugin configuration, or theme customization beyond the default demo setup are not included. If you need additional customization, our team will be glad to guide you on the available options.
