Refund Policy

Transparent and fair refund terms for our hosting services.

Refunds apply strictly to hosting services only.

1. Service Eligibility

You are eligible for a 3-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund if the request is made within 3 calendar days of activation for a new hosting order.

Important: Reseller Hosting plans are non-refundable due to upfront resource allocation.

Eligible for Refund

  • Web Hosting (Shared)
  • Business Hosting
  • WordPress Hosting

Not Eligible

  • Reseller Hosting (Non-refundable)
  • Domain Registration, Renewal & Transfer
  • Suspended/Terminated Accounts

Note: Domains are non-refundable once registered, as they are instantly provisioned with registries.

2. Refund Conditions

  • Refund applies once per customer only.
  • Refunds are not available after the 3-day window.
  • No refund for partially used periods beyond eligibility.
  • No refund if the hosting account is terminated due to TOS violation.

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or CloudDomains wallet, at our discretion. Wallet credits are non-withdrawable and non-refundable.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first may result in immediate account suspension, permanent service termination, and blacklisting from future purchases.
